Privacy Policy

Off My Mind (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) helps individuals and households organize everyday responsibilities, reminders, family information, and important records.

1. Information You Provide

Depending on the features you use, the App may store information you enter, including account/profile and household information; reminders, tasks and lists; grocery information; bills; documents; medication and vaccination information; menstrual cycle information; and other information you voluntarily add.

2. Account Information

Off My Mind may allow account access using Sign in with Apple. Apple may provide information such as your name and email address depending on your choices, including a private relay email where selected.

3. Cloud Sync and Household Sharing

Some features synchronize information through an account across supported devices or with household members. Information selected for these features is transmitted from your device and stored using the App’s cloud services. Shared information may be accessible to authorized household members.

4. Notifications

The App may request permission to send reminders and other notifications. You can control notification permissions through device settings.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Off My Mind may offer paid access through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payment and subscription billing. Off My Mind does not directly receive or store your full payment-card information. Subscription-status information may be used to determine access.

6. How Information Is Used

We do not intend to sell personal information entered into Off My Mind.

7. Service Providers

Off My Mind may rely on third-party technology providers for authentication, cloud storage, synchronization, infrastructure, and subscription processing. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. This section will be updated before public release to identify production providers where disclosure is required.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Information may be retained while your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the features you use. Users can initiate account deletion. Personal information associated with a deleted account will be deleted except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or other lawful purposes.

If the deleting user owns a shared household, ownership may be transferred to an eligible remaining household member where appropriate. If ownership cannot be transferred, shared household/cloud information may also be deleted. The App will explain the expected result before deletion is confirmed.

Deleting an Off My Mind account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription.

9. Sign in with Apple and Deletion

If an account created using Sign in with Apple is deleted, Off My Mind will handle the associated authorization as required for account deletion.

10. Children’s Information

The App is intended to be managed by adults for household organization. Adults may enter information relating to household members, including children, and are responsible for having appropriate authority to do so.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the App, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Your Choices

You may choose what information you enter, control notifications and household sharing, sign out, initiate account deletion, and manage Apple subscriptions through Apple.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Off My Mind develops or requirements change. The effective date will be updated when appropriate.
