Terms of Use

By using Off My Mind, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. What Off My Mind Does

Off My Mind is a household organization app for reminders, tasks, lists, bills, documents, household information, medication and vaccination records, cycle information, and other everyday responsibilities. It is an organizational tool and does not provide medical, financial, legal, emergency, or other professional advice.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for information you enter. Sign in with Apple is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

3. Household Sharing

Authorized household members may be able to access information you choose to share. Only invite people you trust and enter information about others when you have appropriate authority.

4. Reminders and Notifications

Reminders are an organizational convenience and may be delayed or prevented by device settings, connectivity, operating-system behavior, permissions, or other technical conditions. Do not rely on the App as the sole method of remembering urgent, safety-critical, medical, or other important matters.

5. Health-Related Information

Medication, vaccination, menstrual-cycle, and other health-related features are for personal organization and record keeping only, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Subscription

Off My Mind may offer paid access through Apple’s App Store. The intended model is one subscription per household, purchased by the household owner. Final price, trial availability, billing period, and purchase details displayed by Apple at purchase apply. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and may automatically renew unless cancelled according to Apple’s terms. Deleting an Off My Mind account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

7. Trial and Access

The App may offer a free trial before paid access is required for continued functionality. If paid access ends, App functionality may be restricted while existing user data is intended to remain preserved, subject to account deletion, retention requirements, and technical limitations.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation or security, access another person’s account without authorization, or use it unlawfully.

9. Availability

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may occasionally be modified, suspended, repaired, or updated.

10. Account Deletion

Users may initiate account deletion through the App. Account deletion is permanent once completed. Where the deleting user owns a shared household, the App will explain how household ownership and shared data will be handled before confirmation.

11. Privacy

Use of Off My Mind is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the App evolves. The effective date will be updated when appropriate.
